1. Order Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship products are typically processed and dispatched within [3-5] business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Orders (OEM/ODM): Lead times for customized production will be specified in your formal quotation or contract.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Chinese public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Trade Terms

Trade Terms: We primarily operate under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) terms for bulk shipments. Please specify your preferred terms when placing a large order.

Consolidation: We offer order consolidation services to help you minimize shipping expenses for multiple purchases.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimates
We partner with leading international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) and specialized freight forwarders:

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyer’s Responsibility: JackPick Factory is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country.

Compliance: All fees incurred during or after shipping (Tariffs, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs office for details before placing a large order.
5. Transfer of Risk & Ownership
In accordance with standard international trade practices, the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier at our facility. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value bulk shipments.
6. Damages & Tracking

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment has been dispatched.

Inspection upon Arrival: Please inspect all pallets/cartons upon delivery. If you receive a damaged shipment, you must document the damage with photos, keep all original packaging, and notify both the carrier and our team (horcus0411@gmail.com) immediately.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a shipment is returned to our factory due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay import duties, the customer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges.
